Hiking allows one to absorb the rich flora and fauna in the area. Honeywood farm has a forest circle, through indigenous forest along a stream. There is also the Gooseberry walking trail which leads past the Woodcutter’s Lodge and returns in a large circle through renoster veld and forest. Trails are laid out for the adventure events which means that there are plenty of routes to follow. There are maps available for a number of walking trails in the adjacent Nature Reserve.
