Honeywood Farm makes no commitment, and disclaims any duty, to update or correct or to provide notice as to any error or omission in any report or other information contained on the site. Honeywood Farm reserves the right to add, modify or delete information on this site at any time.

1. Price Changes

All prices displayed on any Honeywood Farm website (www.honeywoodfarm.co.za) are subject to change until full payment is received. Honeywood Farm reserves the right, without prior notification, to adjust prices, which may become effective up to the date full payment is received. Honeywood Farm reserves the right to change any arrangement where neccessary. eg. Changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. The client, in such cases, shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit. A 50% deposit is payable to confirm booking.

2. Responsibility

Honeywood farm will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or any other irregularity that may be occasioned during the clients stay. Honeywood is a working farm and guests are requested to respect the ongoing activities.

3. Force Majeure (superior force)

Honeywood Farm does not accept liability or pay client’s compensation where the performance of contractual obligations is affected by "force majeure" (included but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil or political unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions).  Honeywood Farm will, however, always use its best endeavours to assist clients where necessary and/ or possible.

4. Travel Insurance

Honeywood Farm  strongly advises clients to purchase travel insurance.  A disclaimer of liability must be signed on registration at Honeywood Farm.

5.Breakages

If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Upon arrival please report any items which appear to be broken.

6. The Client and Authority

The person requesting such quotations / estimates or making such bookings or to whom any service is rendered, is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have the authority to do so on behalf of the person in who’s name the estimation or quotation or reservation is requested and / or provided and / or the person to whom the services are rendered (collectively referred to as “the Client”).
