Hunters's is another isolated restored woodcutter’s cottage which features the same romantic isolation and the same characteristics. It has a more rustic charm, out of sight, on another slope of the same hill called appropriately Gooseberry Hill.

The best description for both these cottages is that they offer an authentic link with the past with regular and necessary comforts but not high luxury. We like our guests to feel that they are real people, who need to have a total break from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet do not need to travel into artificial and extravagant hot and cold foldings. It is rewarding for us to see how guests arrive tired and tense and leave looking rested and relaxed.
