Day 1: Friday
- Register and book into cottages

Day 2: Saturday
- 07.30am – 08:30am: Breakfast in Main House
- 08.30am – 10.30am: Session 2 in Barnhiuis
- 10.30am – 11.00am: Tea
- 11.00am – 01.00pm: Session 3 field work
- 01.00pm – 02.00pm: Lunch
- 02.00pm – 03.30pm: Session 4 Barnhuis and honey room
- 03.30pm – 04.00pm: Tea
- 04.00pm – 05.30pm: Session 5 Bee sites
- 07:00pm – 08.00pm: Dinner in Main House
Day 3: Sunday
